had to go for service today. at st joseph's home. the old folkies there are mostly nice. when I said "hello" they will return me the greeting or give me a toothless grin :D of course, there are "dao" or "cool" ones.

then I was at the physio room, where the folkies were playing games, its quite difficult to start a convo with them. but I talked to aunty mini [or was it mimi or minnie or meanie?] haha. she obviously has senile dementia, at first she asked me if today is a school day, I said "yes, but I am here helping out in the home." then she when okayokay. THEN she asked clarissa glass about half an hour later the same question. HAHA. (: then I suddenly blurted out," HAHA, YOU ARE REALLY FUNNNNY" I started laughing, and when I start laughing, I wont notice the surroundings, maybe amirah and kat were laughing too, or maybe im the only crazy nut laughing :D

okay, enough of the home experience, there will be more to come.

went for debs graduation ceremony thingy. I nearly lost my way to the kindergarden. there was just rows and rows of houses everywhere. I just walked where my instinct told me to. and I managed to find my way. yippee!

my sis looked kinda adorable today. but she ahh... a bit grumpy at times. so she was just stoning or just heck-care-ing the entire thing, even when she went onstage to perform. okay, maybe cos she too young?

whatever. okay. I think I need to clean up my room. its messy. any sec ones this year wants my textbooks? I can give it to you, that is, the syallbus for you people is still the same. (:

raaah. we had this cca LEAPS update thingy. oh man. dont wanna talk about it. sian. but I thought what ms thanabal [sp?] said was kinda funny.

now that exams are over, we have activities planned for us. CREATIVE COMPETITION. woots. chrys, phoa, qian and myself, we are the script writers. heh, we are totally creative. wooot wooot. we managed to come up with a script within an hour. thats really fast. 1. I can be really full of myself at first, and become really pessimistic later.

my ego is really getting into me. I tell everyone that I can become this or that . head girl/vice-head girl/head prefect/vice-head prefect/company leader/assistant company leader. and blabla. I tell everyone that I will be either one. but I dont feel that I can secure the position.
academically, for example today. maths paper one. I had this feeling that it will be easy and it will be a breeze. but it turned out otherwise. I dont know how many marks I have lost. and maths is triple weightage. paper two will help, hopefully .
yinghua told me this, if you persistently aim for something really badly, if you fail, you will fall harder on the ground. I think it makes a lot of sense. (:

2. I need to know how to react properly when stress beckons.

like my history paper. when I realised that there was only a few mins left, I will start gasping and slam the table. my words will become really huge and ugly. off the line and stuff. at that moment my mind will just spill everything out. be it related to the ques or not, I will just write it out. now is that actually an advantage? (:

3. I cannot stand my weird taste in people.

I really really do have a weird taste in people. annoying. haha. the worst so far is a middle age actor , plus its a local. psst I dont like him anymore ya? goodness, when I think about that weird actor, I feel weird and kinda stupid. haha. but now. its JOHNNY DEPP ! willy wonka willy wonka...

4. I dont think I can cook for nuts.

I failed my cook's badge for guides, I m the only leader in guides who doesnt have her cook's badge. during camp, I wasnt the one frying and stuff. I was the one cutting the sausages and boiling the potato. and I learnt that you must poke a fork into the potato to check if its cooked, and not wait for it to float like fishballs in yong tau foo. hurhur. andandand, the recent home econs practical right, mrs stevenson lectured me about putting in to much oil into the saucepan, to fry an egg, the oil was really alot. but I thought for frying, we must use a lot of oil? oh. and I still dont know what is a tablespoon and a desert spoon. I just call it spoon.

5. I really enjoy being a~~prefect~~ PIT actually.

apart from checking classes in the morning, I really like the whole prefects thing. they are really a fun bunch of people. (: . since I m a runner now, no, I dont run on tracks for duties, I find out which teacher is missing. I dont really have to worry about the secfours coming along with me to check classes, but I guess sometimes I really need them. heh. its really fun being in the prefectorial board. noot bad. a bit more stressful cos when you want to be naughty, you cant. at least I cant. and telling people to put on their name tags and stuff gives me a sense of authority. a little, but not much. and now I m waiting to be invested as a prefect, which means no longer a PIT! then I can wear t THE uniform. (:

to the dreaded end of year exams . baaaaaaaaah . hurrah ! I have not revised for anything yet . yayness . ooooh man . yay my foot ah . I still think we are receiving too much homework . raaaah . what is this ? my home econs proj is like ... not even completed yet ? so irritating . I wish I was doing home econs for the first sem and dnt for the second sem . arrrrrgh . >_<
things are just different during the second sem . everything seems to just rush pass us . completing the syllabus and stuff . preparing for exams . yadah yadah yadah .

annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd . I cant seem to concentrate on my studies . how cool is that huh ? I think I will be just kissing my ipod nano bye-bye .

anyways . I had a science practical assessment test today . baaaaah . I measured the wrong angle . blablabla . so irritating . I wondered who measured the wrong angle too ! lets hope its everybody and then we can have some mercy marks . heh heh .

went to gelare with my two daughters , huang chi and maxine , and my ah ah ah ma chrystal . hahaha . we spent the first 15 mins in the shop changing seats . LOL . it was funny . we wanted the more private room behind the wall (we needed a condusive environment to study in !) , so we were just eyeing on that seat , and even taking turns to go to the toilet to wash our hands , and in turn getting our uniforms wet . HAHA . but we managed to get the seat in the end .

I reached home at about 630 in the evening . I was so tired that I just plop myself on the bed and started snoozing till bout 715 .

whooowheeee . graduation night rocked . even though I didnt graduate . all the graduates looked really great . well , maybe with the exception of some ? some didnt really look that good in skirts and gowns . not used to them dressed in skirts .but nevertheless , everyone was preeeety .

we arrived at singapore poly at about 1500 . where we had a mac chicken burger for lunch at 1530. then , about 45 mins later . we had dinner !! its like , err . weird . not used to have dinner this early .

the whole grad night thingy was okay . quite short . maybe cos I didnt manage to stay throughout the whole thing . after the sec 4.5 slideshow , sherri , carol , clarisa , chrystal and myself had to go meet mrs chong for the refreshments . haiii . but we had free time for about 25 mins . we went on a photo-taking frenzy . even thought we arent the ones graduating .

the pics , I shall take it from caroline soon . she is so irritating . NO ! what am I saying ? I LOVE her . she is my lao por .

we took the pics around the polytechnic . which was apparently quite huge . we SAW people . oh yea . we even took pics with ms chen ! and ms wendy . LOL . I must bear in mind that I m graduating in two years time . not now .

national heritage trail day .
met up with kat at ant 0615 .
then went down to suntec city to meet fatin .

we assembled and all .
saw see hwa .

TEAM 69 IS MY TEAM !
we have a total of 13 ppl in the group .
the biggest group I pressume .

then at abt 0830 we started the trail .
woo hoo .
we were quite enthu la .

we went to the following places .

1. Singapore Art Muesum
2. Singapore Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry
3. Singapore Philateatic ( SPELLING ? ) Muesum . [ its some stamp thingy ]
4. Fort Gate

we had to travel to all these places and do a task at each check-point .
all within the two hours limit .
no public transport .
all on foot .

it was quite near suntec la .

and we were at the cafeteria .

day one ;

reported to sch at 0630 in the morning .
dad had to fetch me .
went with kathlyn too .

then I overheard pamela telling some of the sec 3s that joy isn't coming cos she had dunno what infection .

I at first thought how my patrol is going to survive with one sec 2 and three sec1s .
but miss tan shifted clarissa glass over .

went out to east coast park .

there were the 10 of us .

we ate satay first ,

then we had a compeitition to see who can make the most gross satay plate .

we took cups and went to the beach .

its friday today .

today's timetable very slack .

had morning runs today .
was running wif laurel and denise .
we had to run in front of the buses lehs .
then we were scared the buses would drive away and we have to run to the pri sch side .
